What we handle

We do not run a customer database and we do not build profiles about you. The only information we handle is what you choose to submit when you book a table or send an inquiry — your name, and (optionally) your phone number and email address, together with your booking details such as party size, date, time and any note. This is delivered to us so that we can serve your request; it is a normal, necessary part of taking a reservation.

How long we keep it & how we protect it

We keep booking and inquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, and we do not retain them long-term. Our website and email run over an encrypted, SSL-secured connection, and access to submissions is restricted to the restaurant. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
