These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nacho Grill website (nacho-grill.es) and the reservation service we offer. By using the site or booking a table, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

• A booking made through the website is a request. Your table is confirmed once we send you a confirmation, or you receive a reminder for your booking time.
• Please arrive on time. We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes after the booked time, after which the table may be released.
• To change or cancel a reservation, please call us at +34 951 44 69 51 or message us on WhatsApp.
• For large groups or special occasions, we may confirm details with you directly.

Menu & prices

Dishes, availability and prices shown on the website are for guidance and may change without notice. The menu in the restaurant prevails.

Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, submit false reservation details, or misuse the contact and booking forms (for example, to send spam).

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, logos, images and design — belongs to Nacho Grill and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
